Question:	What kinds of payment methods do you guys accept ?
	We currently accept Paypal as our preferred online payment processor. Payment with confirmed mailing address and optional verified buyer status will help ensure your order processing faster. For large and bulk order, we prefer payment via Moneybookers, Money Order or Wire Transfer.

Question:	Why does your price change so frequently?
	Our prices are updated regularly according to current market rates. When demand exceeds supply, prices will increase, vice versa. This is also why game currency changes.

Question:	Why does my order require phone call or fax confirmation?
	We'd like to take all possible steps to protect the security of our customer information. Normally you may expect your order to be delivered within 10 minutes. The processing may last longer while some transactions do not go through smoothly, which may due to the technical limitations or the billing itself. We request the fax confirmation to help speed the transaction processes and prove the billing reliability, hereby ensure the purchasing security at CDKStore.com and serve customers better.

Question:	What confirmations should I expect once I've placed an order?
	If your order is approved, you will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes after placing an order. Otherwise, it will notify you the order failed and give instructions on how to process your order. Once delivery completed, a delivery confirmation email will be sent. We may require additional information before processing an order. We will contact you if additional information is required or your order is cancelled.

Question:	What is the use of WOW CDkey?
	Using just a single World of Warcraft CD key, players can create an account with up to eight playable characters. Each character can be a different race and class, providing players with optimal options. You can also delete a character to create a new one without exceeding the limit.

	If you lost the code email, you may access it from "My Account". You can also check your order status through this link. Click "My Account" at the bottom of any page on Cdkstore.com. After signing in, click "My Account" to view the details of your purchase.

Question:	What can I do if the code doesn’t work?
	Every code we receive, sell, and distribute is valid. Unfortunately, errors in transmission do crop up some time. We will work with you to resolve the rare occurrence as soon as possible. In almost all cases of a "bad code" report, it's due to invalid data entry--either from us to you or from you to the website. Since we retain all titles in-house for 30 days after code delivery, we are happy to verify your code if you encounter any difficulty.

Question:	How can I get the CD Key I bought?
	Once your order is accepted by our Order-Judging System, you can get your CD key delivered by email in the form of screenshot attached to that email in around 10 minutes after you pay.

Question:	How long can I get the item after I pay?
	Usually it takes some 5-10 minutes till the order is finished after the order comes to our database. And it takes around 5-10 minutes for the order comes to our database. So, in total it generally takes 10-20 minutes after you pay can you get the item.

Question:	After I place the order, what will I get the game box or just the CD Key?
	Since this is online transaction you will get screenshots of CD Key Codes delivered via Email.

Question:	Why can't I register on your website successfully?
	The reasons vary. Here lists the mostly common two. One is please ensure the letters of your registered name are English letters, the other is that the post codes you entered should match the city you entered.
